We are happy to provide a full refund for items returned within 14-days upon the date of receipt that meet the following guidelines below.
  • Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, new and unworn with the brand swing tag attached and intact.
  • All footwear must be returned in their original, undamaged box/dust bag with tags/stickers attached and should only be tried on soft flooring.
All returned items will be inspected thoroughly and failing to meet the above criteria will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns for items that have been used, marked or damaged and for items believed to be 'faulty' if they have not been treated as per the care label instructions. For occasion wear, we politely ask that you take extra care when trying on due to their delicate materials. Please ensure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, food and pets. 

The following items are non-refundable:

  • For hygiene reasons, socks, tights, hair accessories & swimwear are also non-returnable.
  • Pre-ordered items. We make this as clear as possible upon purchase that your item is pre-order. If items need to be returned for any reason a credit note will be offered only if exchange is unsuitable.
  • Gift vouchers.
  • Promotional discounted sale items or items purchased using a discount code greater than 10% will be offered a credit note only. 
  • We do not accept returns after 30-days from the date of receipt.
  • If you wish to exchange a item within your order for a alternative size, or for any other reason we recommend that you initially contact us as soon as possible by clicking on the link below before returning the item to us to avoid any disappointment. Please note additional postage costs apply.

How to return?

  • Please complete the packing slip enclosed within your order & place it inside your parcel. If you misplace your returns form, a note providing your order number and reason for return will suffice. 
  • Package your items carefully with each item in its original packaging if provided and with all labels and swing tags attached/undamaged. All shoes must be in their original undamaged box and/or dust bag.
  • We request that any complimentary gift box included within your order is returned to us, wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the box in transit. 
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a recorded/tracked delivery service and ensure that your parcel is insured to cover the value of contents. We also advise that you keep any receipt and/or make a note of your tracking number for proof of postage. Please keep this to hand until you have received confirmation of your refund as we are not responsible for loss of parcels.

What happens next?

  • We aim to process returns within 7-10 working days from the date they are received however, this may be longer during busy periods.
  • If eligible for a refund, we will send you a confirmation email and refunds will be processed via the same method of payment.
  • If you received free shipping with your order, a fee of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your refund has been processed, please allow a further 3-5 working days for the amount to credit your original payment method.
